- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp chia seeds
- 1/8 cup mint leaves
- Mix and blend until smooth: raspberries, banana, coconut cream, sugar, lemon juice, salt, and vanilla extract.
- When the mixture is smooth, add the chia seeds and mint leaves spread them evenly.
- Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Place them in the fridge for 6 hours or until completely frozen.
Serves: 4 servings
