Sonja Schoonenberg is a registered dietitian, diabetes educator, works with epigenetics, functional nutrition, and DNA. Her passion began when she would study and work with patients, discovering that half the time the protocols worked and half the time they did not, even though the patients were giving it their all!

This frustration left Sonja where most health care providers are, looking for a solution, knowing there has to be one! Finally, it clicked that everything we do, everything we eat, everything we surround ourselves with all comes down to our genetic makeup.
