Bridget Swinney is a health communicator, award-winning author and well-regarded nutrition expert specializing in teaching people simple ways to embrace a healthier diet and lifestyle. In her 25 plus years as a registered dietitian, she has worked in public health, as a

clinical and renal dietitian, in early childhood intervention and diabetes education. She has also developed content and recipes for corporate clients. She spreads the message of healthy eating through her blog eatrightmama.com where she focuses on her passion of helping women who are pregnant or trying to conceive.

 

Her media interviews number in the hundreds and include Good Morning America and The Food Network as well as TV stations across the country. Her latest book is Eating Expectantly: Practical Advice for Healthy Eating Before, During and After Pregnancy. Her other books are about feeding infants and children.

 

Melissa Romano RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist. Melissa is the Director of Nutrition & Culinary services for Kindred healthcare in El Paso, Texas.

 

Melissa received her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from New Mexico State University. She has 15 years of experience working in the healthcare field with her primary interest is in long critically care.
